My mother taught me that Thanksgiving dinner is not complete without cranberry sauce. I created this Cranberry Walnut Jam just for her and it has become popular year round. I recommend spooning it over cream cheese and serving it with crackers. Or mix some with mayo for a bread spread on a turkey sandwich.
